Sunnymede IT Center is a low-rise office building located in Quezon City. It has a typical floor plate of 1,106 square meters. The building has a facade of mainly white concrete with some sections in front painted in gray and blue. The upper floors have several small rectangular windows. On the other hand, the ground and the second floor have bigger glass panels serving as front walls. The structure of the building is that the first and the second floors form a cuboid podium. In contrast, the upper floors have an L-shaped cross-section, with parts of the wall recessed significantly near the back.
Sunnymede IT Center stands along Quezon Avenue on the northbound side, midway between Sgt. Esguerra Ave and Sct. Albano St. Thus, you can reach it using any bus, jeepney, or UV Express vehicle that passes through Quezon Avenue. It is also a six-minute walk from EDSA and MRT Quezon Avenue Station.
