The building has a typical floor plate of 1,247 square meters and a gross leasable area of 36,715 square meters. It is also PEZA accredited, making it an attractive location for businesses.
The shape of the structure of BPI Buendia Center can be described as a tall rectangular prism capped with a trapezoidal prism on top. The side faces of the building have concrete exteriors, while the front face is covered by dark glass panels.
The building stands along Gil Puyat Avenue and near Makati Ave. between Pacific Star and Petron Megaplaza. You can reach it by riding the jeepneys traversing Gil Puyat Avenue.
