One Global Place is a high-rise building mainly used as an office. It is an office building with a gross floor area of 18,829 square meters. It was constructed using steel, glass, granite, and marble.
The architectural firm Aidea designed the building. It has a simple cuboid structure and a facade made of concrete and blue glass panels. The exterior can be divided into two sections: one with alternating horizontal bands on glass and concrete and the other made entirely of glass, with a visible diagonal border separating the two sections.
Standing at the corner of 5th Avenue and 25th Street, you can reach One Global Tower using one of the BGC buses, with the closest bus stop being the RCBC bus stop.
